1. THE SERVICE
Silverback Tabletennis (SBTT) provides an online table tennis coaching platform including structured video courses, masterclasses, live calls, community features and training materials. Access is provided through the SBTT community platform after registration.
2. MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
Memberships are available as monthly, 6-month and yearly plans. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our platform provider. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3. CANCELLATION
You can cancel your membership at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period — no hidden conditions. After cancellation you keep access until the period ends.
4. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All courses, videos, PDFs and materials are the intellectual property of SBTT and its coaches. They are for your personal training use and may not be redistributed, resold or publicly shared.
5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Our community is built on respect and shared growth. We reserve the right to remove content or members that violate the warm, safe and focused space our professionals maintain.
6. LIABILITY
Training involves physical activity. Please train responsibly and within your physical limits. SBTT provides guidance but cannot assume liability for injuries resulting from training.
7. PRIVACY — WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the data you provide at registration (name, e-mail, payment details via our payment provider) and basic usage analytics to improve the platform. We never sell your data.
8. COOKIES
We use essential cookies for login and preferences, and optional analytics cookies. You can accept or decline optional cookies in the cookie banner at any time.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The platform runs on Circle.so; videos may be embedded from YouTube. Their respective privacy policies apply when you use these services.
